Supporting professional self-care for PCN pharmacists
Abstract
As pharmacists become established in their roles within Primary Care Network (PCN) multidisciplinary teams, it is important that their wellbeing and self-care needs are supported.
Here, the authors describe how the process of ‘restorative clinical supervision’, which they reframe as ‘professional self-care’, brings pharmacists together to help them manage the complex professional and personal challenges they are now faced with.
